Nirala World Plans Rs 525 Crore Investment in Greater Noida

Nirala World, a realty firm, plans a Rs 525 crore investment to develop 'Nirala Diadem,' a premium shopping mall in Greater Noida, with completion by 2030. The company has already spent Rs 175 crore on land acquisition and will pour Rs 350 crore into construction, aiming to meet local retail demand.

Nirala World, the renowned real estate firm, has announced a significant investment of Rs 525 crore to develop a state-of-the-art shopping mall ‘Nirala Diadem’ in Greater Noida. This move is part of the company's broader expansion strategy to tap into the retail market.

The construction for this premium mall will be spread over a 2.5-acre land, with Rs 175 crore already spent on acquiring the land and the remaining Rs 350 crore allocated for construction. The project is slated for completion by early 2030.

According to Suresh Garg, CMD of Nirala World, there is a growing demand for retail spaces in the region. Since its founding in 1996, the company has delivered over 7,000 residential units and is currently involved in a number of other residential and commercial projects in the area.
