Ahmedabad-based Shah Metacorp Ltd announced on Tuesday a collaboration with Strike Eco Grid to fund renewable energy projects with up to Rs 25 crore.
Shah Metacorp has acquired a 26% stake in Strike Eco Grid, with aims to jointly develop renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
The company is poised to enhance its stake to 75%, subject to business performance and mutual agreements.
Viral Shah, CEO, stated, "We aim to establish a long-term presence in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure."
