Wales coach Warren Gatland has introduced several changes to his team for the second test against Australia, which will take place on Saturday in Melbourne. Taine Plumtree has been moved to number eight following star loose forward Aaron Wainwright's hamstring injury.

James Botham has been elevated to blindside flanker, and Mackenzie Martin will provide back-row cover from the bench. Gatland has also made adjustments in the back three, with Liam Williams taking over from the injured Josh Hathaway on the wing, and Cameron Winnett stepping in at fullback.

Despite the changes, Gatland retains faith in the majority of his starting lineup, which suffered an eighth consecutive loss against the Wallabies in Sydney. The team aims to improve discipline and accuracy in Melbourne as they bid for a series turnaround.
