India concluded their Paris Olympics campaign with a respectable 71st position, earning a total of one silver and five bronze medals.
The United States dominated the overall medal tally with 126 medals, followed closely by China and Japan. India's standout performers included Neeraj Chopra, who secured a silver in men's javelin throw, and the men's hockey team, which won a bronze.
Other notable Indian medalists were Manu Bhaker in women's 10m air pistol, Swapnil Kusale in men's 50m rifle 3 positions, and a bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event involving Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh. Wrestler Aman Sehrawat also clinched a bronze in men's freestyle 57kg.
