The Indian Army dominated the competition, collecting 18 medals, including seven golds, and maintaining their title from the previous edition. A commendable performance by Himachal Pradesh saw them earn the runner-up spot, ending with six golds. However, the Army's experience and strategic preparation gave them the edge.
This year's event, which included over 750 athletes from diverse regions, showcased India's growing interest in winter sports.
