The Pakistan Super League (PSL) will relocate the rest of its matches to the United Arab Emirates following escalating tensions between Pakistan and India, announced cricket board chief Mohsin Naqvi on Friday.

The decision follows the postponement of Thursday's match in Rawalpindi amid border hostilities, aiming to prevent any 'possible reckless targeting' of players. Meanwhile, India's cricket authorities are deliberating whether to suspend the Indian Premier League (IPL) as the situation worsens.

Both boards prioritize player safety amid the geopolitical conflict, which has resulted in cross-border violence after India struck alleged terrorist camps in Pakistan this week, escalating military exchanges between the nations.
