The 12th edition of the PKL is scheduled to commence on August 29 in Visakhapatnam. The Giants will face U Mumba in their opening match at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium, hoping to secure victory in the 18 league-stage matches.
This year's player auction was pivotal for the Giants, with Shadloui's acquisition for Rs 2.23 crore marking the highest bid of Season 12. Shadloui, a two-time PKL champion and reigning MVP, expressed his commitment to leading the young team, aiming to deliver top-notch performances.
