At a recent event in Pune, the MahaGames—Maharashtra's largest inter-school sports competition—marked a significant milestone with over 50,000 students participating. The Abhay Bhutada Foundation, alongside Olympic medalist Saina Nehwal and Campus Club, emphasized the importance of grassroots sports development. Saina Nehwal awarded medals, inspiring the young athletes.

The event, supported by the Abhay Bhutada Foundation, covered 12 sports disciplines across 12 regions, fostering team spirit, discipline, and sportsmanship. The Foundation aims to identify and nurture young talent, allowing them to reach higher levels of competition.

Co-founder Trupti Abhay Bhutada highlighted the investment in youth sports as integral to developing a healthier, disciplined future generation. The initiative, further supported by Dr. Vijay Darda and Ruchira Darda, aims to forge a path for future Olympic hopefuls, with significant rewards for participating schools.
