Freshworks, the Nasdaq-listed IT services giant, reported a significant reduction in losses, down to USD 21.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to USD 28 million in the same period the previous year, as revealed in their regulatory filing.
The California-based company saw its fourth-quarter revenue soar by 21.6%, reaching USD 194.6 million, up from USD 160 million in 2023. This uptick reflects Freshworks' successful customer acquisition strategies and product innovations.
Leadership changes marked the quarter, with the appointment of Srinivasan Raghavan as Chief Product Officer and Venkitesh Subramanian as Senior VP of Product Management, Customer Experience. CEO Dennis Woodside highlighted the trend of companies moving away from legacy vendors to embrace Freshworks' modern solutions. Freshworks expects revenue growth to continue into 2025, projecting between USD 809 million and USD 821 million.
