The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jammu has taken a significant step toward fostering regional innovation by signing a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM) and three start-ups. This collaboration aims to accelerate translational research and boost technology-driven entrepreneurship.

The MoU was signed by IIT Jammu Director Manoj Singh Gaur and CSIR-IIIM Jammu Director Zabeer Ahmed, with representatives from the start-ups Biogreen Projects, Evlogia Eco Care, and Crop Domain also in attendance. The partnership will leverage CSIR-IIIM’s strengths in natural product discovery with IIT Jammu’s engineering expertise to co-develop market-ready technologies.
