The alert, disseminated precisely at 11.42 am, was part of the government's efforts to ensure timely disaster communication through mobile systems. Indicating no immediate threat, the message reassured recipients it was merely a test of the system, urging them to take no action.

Mehraj Ahmad, a resident, shared his initial surprise at the unexpected alert. After reading the message, he recognized the potential benefits of such a system in real emergencies. Authorities had previously informed citizens about the upcoming trials, advising them to disregard any test communications.
