In a remarkable display of compassion, Dreams Hobby Classes hosted a distinctive charity event at the Mother Teresa Orphanage in New Delhi on July 29. Organized by Jyoti Sharma, the event saw significant support from volunteers Simran Kaur, Shruti Jain, Khushboo Verma, Ansh Sharma, and Jyoti Sharma.

The event commenced at 3 PM and involved 50 orphans in various enriching activities like dance, art classes, and hygiene workshops. The interactive sessions aimed to nurture learning and growth among the children. Departing from conventional donation methods, the teachers organized quiz contests, art competitions, and dance-offs, allowing children to earn their rewards and boosting their confidence and self-esteem.

The volunteers distributed essential materials including notebooks, colored pencils, stationery sets, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath soap, rice, cooking oil, candies, sandwiches, and biscuits. All items were specifically chosen to meet the children's basic needs. The orphanage primarily shelters children who lack parental care due to various family or societal issues, making the recognition and love provided by elders particularly significant.

Organizer Jyoti Sharma expressed her joy after the event, noting the satisfaction in seeing children earn their rewards through effort. The event, supported by the International Youth Development Foundation (IYDF), brought warmth and hope to the children, setting a new benchmark for future charitable activities.
