Bayer CropScience Faces Profit Plunge Despite Revenue Growth

Bayer CropScience Ltd, part of Bayer AG, recorded a significant 63.26% decline in net profit for Q3 FY2025. Despite this, the company's total income increased by 12.38% to Rs 1,089.6 crore. The net profit dropped from Rs 93.1 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Bayer CropScience Ltd, the Indian division of the German conglomerate Bayer AG, reported a notable decline in net profit for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, posting a 63.26% decrease to Rs 34.2 crore.

In contrast to the Rs 93.1 crore net profit recorded during the same period last year, the latest figures indicate financial challenges for the division.

However, the company did experience a total income boost, with revenues climbing 12.38% to Rs 1,089.6 crore compared to the Rs 969.5 crore from the previous year's third quarter.
