Madhya Pradesh witnessed a flurry of investment commitments totaling over Rs 4 lakh crore on Monday, as both local and international businesses unveiled their plans amid the state's high-profile investment summit.
Leading the charge, Gautam Adani's conglomerate pledged Rs 1.10 lakh crore in pumped storage, cement, mining, smart meters, and thermal energy. Reliance Industries followed suit, dedicating Rs 60,000 crore to biofuel projects.
NTPC and other major entities such as Avaada and Torrent Power also promised significant investments in renewable energy projects, as the state seeks to transform into a national leader in industrial growth and economic potential.
