India and Slovenia are set to bolster their economic cooperation with an upcoming Free Trade Agreement. Key sectors for collaboration include green technology and pharmaceuticals, promising significant opportunities for bilateral trade and investment.

India and Slovenia are on the verge of elevating their economic ties, driven by a forthcoming Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and promising collaborations in green technology and pharmaceuticals. Slovenian Ambassador to India Tomaz Mencin emphasized the agreement's potential impact on Tuesday.
Addressing the Merchants' Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Mencin revealed plans for cooperation, highlighting the production of medical instruments. Both nations are poised to augment trade and investment channels, with the Indian Embassy actively fostering these endeavors.
Identified sectors ripe for investment and partnerships include green technology, logistics, transport, pharmaceuticals, and IT, according to Mencin. Arun Kumar Garodia of the MCCI echoed the sentiment, citing expansive possibilities via joint ventures, business exchanges, and educational initiatives.
