Transrail Lighting reported a remarkable 18% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit, reaching Rs 110 crore during the December quarter. This growth was propelled by higher revenues from its key transmission and distribution business.

The company's revenues from operations climbed to Rs 1,796 crore, marking a 32% increase compared to the same quarter last year. Strong execution and the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment anchored Transrail's growth momentum, the company stated.

New orders, amounting to Rs 1,395 crore, were secured during the quarter, enhancing the execution pipeline. As of December 2025, the Unexecuted Order Book stood at Rs 18,216 crore, reflecting robust growth driven by healthy order inflows in the core Power T&D segment in both domestic and international markets.
