Euro Pratik Sales, a key player in decorative wall panels and interior solutions, has strategically acquired a 51% stake in Chawla Brothers at Rs 33.2 crore.
Chairman and MD Pratik Singhvi highlighted this acquisition as a vital step in their expansive growth strategy across India. It follows their recent acquisition of URO Veneer World in South India.
Chawla Brothers, established in 1978, boasts a robust presence in Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh with a distribution network of over 450 dealers.
