Maharashtra Minister Nitesh Rane has announced the government's plan to establish a fishing jetty at Burondi in Dapoli taluka, Ratnagiri, to bolster the fisheries sector in the region.
The move comes as part of efforts to address challenges faced by local fishermen and provide necessary infrastructure for the industry's growth. Burondi, a key fishing village, will benefit significantly from this development.
