Gourmet Investments Hospitality Group is set for significant expansion in the Indian market, with plans to increase the number of its restaurants to between 100 and 125 over the next three years, CEO Rohan Pewekar announced on Monday.

The group has initiated the expansion of the 'Olive Garden' brand, which made its debut in India and is expected to reach over 10 stores during its initial expansion phase. This growth is part of a broader strategy to establish a strong presence across key metropolitan and high-growth urban centers in India.

Gourmet Investments aims to take advantage of India's dynamic consumer landscape by developing a diversified, multi-brand platform. Olive Garden, under the umbrella of Darden Restaurants, Inc., already operates over 980 locations in 12 countries, indicating the brand's global growth potential.
