Govt to set up Credit Guarantee Enhancement Corporation in FY20: FM

The government Friday announced to set up the Credit Guarantee Enhancement Corporation in the current financial year to deepen the long-term bond market, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said.

While unveiling Union Budget 2019-20, she said the company will help deepen market for long-term bonds with specific focus on the infrastructure sector.

This is Narendra Modi 2.0 government's first full Budget.
