The chief education officer of Ramban issued the suspension order for Balwant Singh, a Teacher Grade-II at Government Primary School, Killaseri, Batote Zone, under civil services rules.

During his suspension, Singh will be attached to the CEO's office. The action was prompted by community concerns over Singh's purportedly objectionable posts targeting a specific community.
