On Tuesday, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy engaged in pivotal meetings with Union ministers in Delhi, including Nirmala Sitharaman and Dharmendra Pradhan, seeking support for expansive educational initiatives. Central to his agenda is the establishment of an Indian Institute of Management in Hyderabad.
Additionally, Reddy met Congress leader Sonia Gandhi to discuss the success of the Telangana Rising Global Summit-2025 and presented her with the 'Telangana Rising 2047 Vision Document.' This vision aims at propelling Telangana's education sector to new heights.
Reddy highlighted ambitious plans for Young India Integrated Residential Schools across 105 assembly constituencies, emphasizing a need for Rs 30,000 crore for comprehensive sector development. He urged Sitharaman to consider educational spending as an investment in human resource development, receiving praise from the finance minister.
