Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) launches in Bangalore to offer globally benchmarked STEM and Management education, partnering with University at Albany. Targeted at fostering industry-aligned learning, RISM integrates interdisciplinary curricula with real-world application and research to prepare students for the rapidly changing global landscape.
In a strategic collaboration, the Gokula Education Foundation (Medical) has allied with the University at Albany to launch the Ramaiah Institute of Science and Management (RISM) in Bangalore. The institution aims to merge STEM and Management education with practical industry exposure to equip students for the evolving global workforce.
RISM will offer a wide range of programs from undergraduate to doctoral levels, with a curriculum focused on interdisciplinary learning. Emphasizing real-world applications, the institution incorporates industry-sponsored Centers of Excellence, experiential learning through internships, and mentorship by experienced industry leaders.
Set to commence in August 2026, RISM's temporary campus will be in Yelahanka, with the main campus's completion targeted for 2027. The collaboration seeks to redefine higher education by integrating technology and business learning to create a dynamic educational ecosystem.
