Steven Van Zandt will be Playing in Perth

Steven Van Zandt, the founding member of Bruce Springsteen's legendary E Street Band will be playing a gig in Perth this April.

Van Zandt has played with the Disciples, a 14-piece band melding soul to rock n'roll, on and off since the 1990s. He also starred as mobster Silvio Dante in The Sopranos from 1990 to 2007 and played mafia boss on the run Frank Tagliano in the comedy Lilyhammer for three seasons from 2012. Before forming the E Street Band, the Italian American rocker played with Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, a band closely associated with the Boss.

During their visit Down Under for the Byron Bay Bluefest, Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul play Metro City on April 13. Tickets are on sale via megatix.com.au.
