Woman Vaishno Devi pilgrim dies in J-K's Reasi

Jammu, Aug 14 (PTI) A 65-year-old woman died apparently due to cardiac arrest after paying obeisance at the Vaishno Devi shrine in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.

Matia, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, collapsed near Panchi view point while returning from the cave shrine last evening, a police official said.

He said the body was handed over to the pilgrim's legal heirs after completion of legal and medical formalities.
