Algeria considering electricity link with Europe - energy minister

Algeria is seriously considering exporting its spare power capacity to Europe, energy minister Mohamed Arkab told state news agency APS on Sunday.
Of the 25 gigawatts produced locally, 17 GW are consumed during peak demand periods, Mohamed Arkab told APS.
