EU countries will continue to discuss response to U.S. green subsidies

European Union countries will continue to discuss their response to measures the United States has taken to stimulate green technology investments which are seen to disadvantage European companies, Swedish Finance minister Elisabeth Svantesson said on Tuesday.
"We will continue to discuss it, it is important that we come together and do the right thing," Svantesson said after a meeting with fellow ministers from the EU-bloc.
EU trade commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis said the EU wanted to continue to work closely with U.S. on climate change and added he would meet with his U.S. counterpart later in the day.
