South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and the leaders of 48 African countries agreed on Tuesday to forge an economic partnership agreement and establish a framework to promote trade and exchange, according to a joint declaration.
Wrapping up their first-ever summit in Seoul, both sides also agreed to launch talks on critical minerals to secure stable supplies, the declaration said.
