Delhi Police have apprehended Yu Jia, a Chinese national, for overstaying his visa and residing illegally in the Shakarpur area.
The authorities disclosed that Jia has been living in India since 2019 and has been receiving treatment for HIV at a local hospital.
An FIR has been registered against Jia, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) has been informed for further proceedings. Additional details are awaited.
