Tesla CEO Elon Musk has extended his congratulations to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on achieving the milestone of being the most followed world leader on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter.

Musk, who also owns X Corp., acknowledged Modi's impressive follower count, which now stands at over 100 million. In a post on X this past Friday, Musk said, “Congratulations PM @NarendraModi on being the most followed world leader!”

In response, Modi shared his appreciation on X earlier this week, posting, “A hundred million on @X! Happy to be on this vibrant medium and cherish the discussion, debate, insights, people’s blessings, constructive criticism and more.” He added that he looks forward to continued engagement in the future.
