Solar energy solutions provider Rays Power Infra announced on Wednesday that it has successfully raised Rs 127 crore in equity capital.
According to a company statement, this latest round of funding brings the total raised by Rays Power Infra to nearly Rs 200 crore over the past few months.
The company is preparing to file its IPO Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) in the last quarter of the year, paving the way for further fundraising to support its growth plans.
