Leadership Changes at Dhanuka Agritech: A New Era Begins
Dhanuka Agritech announced the appointment of M K Dhanuka as Chairman and Rahul Dhanuka as Managing Director. The transition follows R G Agarwal stepping down as Chairman at 75, assuming the role of Chairman Emeritus. The company, collaborating with Japanese firms, focuses on eco-friendly technologies.
Agro-chemicals firm Dhanuka Agritech has unveiled significant leadership changes. M K Dhanuka has been appointed as Chairman, while Rahul Dhanuka steps in as Managing Director, effective immediately.
The changes come after R G Agarwal, who turned 75, stepped down as Chairman to take on the honorary title of Chairman Emeritus.
M K Dhanuka previously held the roles of Vice Chairman and Managing Director, and Rahul Dhanuka was the Joint Managing Director. All appointments are pending shareholder approval.
As of July 31, 2024, Dhanuka Agritech's market capitalization stood at Rs 7,904 crore. The firm collaborates with Japanese innovators to bring eco-friendly technologies to India, and works closely with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
