In the early hours of Tuesday morning, a minor earthquake measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale rattled the region of Nanded in Maharashtra. The National Center for Seismology (NCS) recorded the seismic event precisely at 6:52 AM.

The tremor's epicenter was pinpointed at 19.38 degrees North latitude and 77.46 degrees East longitude, with the seismic activity originating 5 kilometers beneath the earth's surface. These details were shared by the NCS in a post on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

So far, there have been no reports of damage or casualties as a result of the earthquake, according to ANI's latest updates.
