Chhattisgarh's Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai announced plans for a distinguished delegation, including ministers and officials, to participate in the holy Mahakumbh 2025 at Prayagraj. As part of robust arrangements for mass bathing, Uttar Pradesh officials improved safety protocols, learning from past incidents, to accommodate over 462.5 million attendees.

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, alongside prominent state officials, is set to partake in the Mahakumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, acknowledging an invitation from Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

The visit, which includes taking a ritualistic dip, aims to seek blessings for Chhattisgarh, as expressed by CM Sai's wife, Kaushalya Sai.

Uttar Pradesh's administration marked a successful milestone with Magh Purnima snan, drawing over 462.5 million participants, as they prioritize improved safety measures for the upcoming ceremonies.
