Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to arrive on February 24 and participate in the event, drawing nearly 10,000 tourists and highlighting Assam's burgeoning status as a travel destination. Recently, Assam has seen a surge in tourism with 76 lakh domestic visitors and 26,000 from abroad last year.
