Gurugram, 8th August 2025: The Board of Directors of India Shelter Finance Corporation announced the company's impressive Q1FY26 financial results at today's meeting. The unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30 reveal a strong performance attributed to rising demand in the affordable housing sector.

The company's assets under management (AUM) grew by 34% year-on-year, reaching Rs. 8,712 Crs, while disbursements for the quarter reached Rs. 887 Crs, showing a 24% growth YoY. Profit after tax surged by 43% YoY to Rs. 119 Crs, with the company's return on assets (RoA) and return on equity (RoE) improving significantly.
