This initiative came as sanitation workers took their annual holiday, which coincides with the day after the Shri Goga Navami festival.
Minister Vijayvargiya praised the residents of Indore for their enthusiastic public participation, highlighting the residents' commitment to proper waste management habits such as segregating and disposing of household waste responsibly. He emphasized that public involvement is deeply ingrained in the city's culture, leading to the successful realization of a 'Clean Indore' over the past 20 years.
