In Bishnupur district's Kumbi Terakha village, farmer Ningthoujam Inaocha is making waves with his successful comeback in agriculture. After enduring setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic and prolonged local unrest, Inaocha's sustainable farming practices have not only restored his livelihood but also provided employment opportunities for locals.

Inaocha cultivates vegetables on one lourak of land, producing cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, and mustard. His dedication has yielded significant profits, earning him roughly Rs 20 lakh annually. He advocates scientific farming practices for greater productivity, aiming for financial self-reliance in Manipur's agricultural sector.
