Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL), a notable wing of the Adani Group, on Thursday announced the creation of step-down subsidiaries to augment power generation through clean energy sources.
The development originates from its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Energy Sixty Four Limited (ARE64L), as informed by AGEL to the exchanges.
Named ARE64L Step-One Renewable Energy Limited and ARE64L Step-Two Renewable Energy Limited, these entities are tailored to generate and operate power using renewable sources, underpinning AGEL's dedication to sustainable solar, wind, and energy storage solutions.
