Encourage staff to work from home: Mumbai civic body

With coronavirus positive caseson the rise in Maharashtra, the BMC on Monday asked privateand public sector companies to encourage their employees towork from home

A circular issued by the municipal commissioner alsosaid non-essential service provider companies should work with50 per cent staff capacity, making their staff to work inrotation

Steps are being taken to reduce the crowds in publictransport in Mumbai, it said.
