Union Health Minister J P Nadda emphasized that while technological advancements are revolutionizing healthcare, maintaining a compassionate approach must remain a priority. He addressed this point during the 39th convocation of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh.

Nadda underlined the significant leaps in India's healthcare sector, citing the increase in medical institutions and educational seats. He credited policy decisions under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership for such progress.

Encouraging graduates to embrace technology responsibly, he reiterated the role of empathy and compassion. He also highlighted the substantial public investment supporting their education, reminding them of their duty to contribute back to society.
