UAE Allocates $2.7 Million to Bolster Agriculture in Arab Sector of Israel

The United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security has announced an investment of 10 million shekels, equivalent to USD 2.7 million, aimed at bolstering agriculture and agricultural infrastructure within Arab communities in Israel by 2024.
This significant funding will go towards the rehabilitation of agricultural roads, construction, and repair of irrigation pipelines, as well as implementing comprehensive solutions for handling agricultural waste. Additionally, it includes the planning and upgrading of livestock buildings among other initiatives.
The investment is a component of a broader, multi-year strategy designed to foster economic growth in Israel's Arab sector, enhancing local agricultural capabilities and sustainability.
