Trump and Xi agreed to support each other in hosting APEC, G20 summits, Xinhua reports

​US President ‌Donald Trump and ​Chinese President Xi ‌Jinping agreed during a meeting in Washington to support ‌each other in ‌hosting the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting and the ⁠G20 ​summit ⁠in 2026, Xinhua news agency reported ⁠on Thursday.

Xi and ​Trump also exchanged views ⁠on the Middle East, Ukraine ⁠and ​the Korean Peninsula during the ⁠meeting, Xinhua reported.
