EU energy task force to discuss oil, diesel stock releases

​The European ‌Union's energy task ​force will hold ‌a call at 1600 CEST on Wednesday, a European ‌Commission spokesperson said, ‌as countries discuss the commitment made by Group ⁠of ​Seven ⁠country leaders last week to release ⁠oil and diesel ​stocks.

The task force meeting ⁠will gather EU member ⁠states following ​a meeting of International Energy ⁠Agency member countries on the ⁠issue, ⁠earlier on Wednesday afternoon.
