Vietnam hopes for balanced and harmonious ties with US, says trade talks to continue

​Vietnam foreign ‌ministry said on ​Thursday it hopes ‌economic ties between Vietnam and the United States ‌will develop in a ‌balanced and harmonious manner.

Trade talks between ⁠the ​two ⁠countries will continue, foreign ministry ⁠spokesperson Pham Thu Hang ​said at a regular ⁠press conference, in response ⁠to ​a question about the possible ⁠impact of the US midterm ⁠election ⁠on the talks.
