British PM Sunak says he will attend COP28

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday said he would attend the COP28 climate summit in Dubai later this year, as he outlined delays to some of Britain's environmental targets.

"In the coming weeks, ahead of my attendance at COP28, I will set out the next stage in our ambitious environmental agenda," Sunak said in a speech.
