Swedish foreign minister reminds Hungary of NATO ratification pledge -Aftonbladet

Sweden's foreign minister said on Thursday he assumed Hungary was aware it has earlier said it would not be the last NATO member country to ratify Sweden's application to join the defence alliance, daily Aftonbladet reported.

"I assume that the Hungarian side is aware of the promises made to the outside world. That you should not be the last to ratify Sweden," the daily quoted Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom as saying.
