Residence of Myanmar junta chief among targets of attempted drone attack, opposition official says
The residence of Myanmar's ruling general Min Aung Hlaing was among the targets of attempted coordinated drone attacks on the capital Naypyitaw by anti-junta militias, an official from the parallel National Unity Government (NUG) said on Thursday.
In an interview uploaded on the NUG's media channel late on Thursday, its permanent secretary Naing Htoo Aung also said 30 drones were used. He did not say if the drones caused any destruction to the military targets.
