The Islamabad High Court has directed authorities to de-seal the Central Secretariat of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), headed by imprisoned former prime minister Imran Khan. The move serves as a significant relief for the embattled party.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) had sealed the PTI office on May 24, citing legal violations. However, the Islamabad High Court, presided over by Justice Saman Rizvi, ruled that no prior notice was issued before the action, rendering it improper.

The decision arrives shortly after Imran Khan's acquittal in three separate high-profile cases, including the cipher case, marking a significant legal victory for the former cricket star-turned-politician.
