Bery highlighted India's scaled delivery of physical and digital infrastructure, social safety net programs with minimized fraud, and enhanced disaster response within a democratic framework.

India is set to reduce poverty significantly ahead of the 2030 timeline and boasts world-leading food security programs. On climate action, India has invested in renewable energy despite low per capita emissions, reinforcing its commitment to global partnerships and sustainable development.
